What I stand for

I am running for Mayor because Sparks deserves fresh leadership that fights for the people

who live here — not insiders, developers, or politics as usual.

I am a small business owner, a mom, and a long-time member of this community. I see

firsthand how rising costs, increasing traffic, and poor planning affect families and local

businesses every single day. These are not abstract issues. They shape how people live,

work, and raise their families in Sparks.

Leadership should be rooted in accountability, common sense, and doing what is right —

even when it is difficult. That is why I am stepping up. I believe Sparks deserves a Mayor who

listens, asks tough questions, and puts residents first while protecting the quality of life that

makes our city special.

For me, leadership starts with one simple question. Does this decision help the people of Sparks?

Too often, decisions are made based on political convenience or insider influence. Fresh

leadership means putting residents first — families, seniors, and small businesses who call

Sparks home.

As Mayor, every decision I make will be guided by what is best for the people who live here.

City government should work for residents, not around them.

Fresh leadership means asking questions and using common sense — not rubber-stamping

proposals or accepting talking points.

When ideas are brought forward, I want to know who benefits, who pays, and whether the

solution actually solves the problem. Residents deserve transparency and honest answers.

City government should be efficient, practical, and focused on results.

My experience comes from the real world. I have built a small business, raised a family, and

faced the same challenges many Sparks residents deal with every day.

Sparks deserves a Mayor with real-world experience — because fresh leadership should be

grounded in reality, not politics.

Leadership is not about being popular. It is about doing what is right.

Fresh leadership means being willing to ask hard questions, push back on the status quo, and

make tough decisions when it matters most.

No New Taxes or Fees 

Families in Sparks are already stretched. Residents should not be asked to pay more to cover

years of poor planning and bad budgeting.

As a business owner, when money gets tight, you fix the problem. You do not pass the bill to

your customers. As Mayor, I will fight to protect affordability..

Growth itself is not the problem. Bad planning is.

Fresh leadership means planning ahead — not playing catch-up. Sparks deserves smart

growth that protects neighborhoods and improves quality of life.
